Generally last 2.5-3 hours and can include up to 8 people

If you prefer one-on-one time with your guide Suzanne, these walks last 2.5-3 hours, this is an opportunity to enjoy your very own experience.

Normally these will last 90 min and are a great way to experience forest therapy virtually from your own backyard or your local park!

From $125 per person.
Do you have a special event to celebrate such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary party or family gathering? We can customize an extra special walk for your group.
Up to 3-4 hours.
Forest Bathing or Nature Therapy Walks are not hikes or random wanders. These walks follow a specific sequence that Suzanne has been trained and certified to lead. A typical walk is generally 1.5–4 hours max, depending on the group or individual, and covers less than a half mile or so.
It has proven benefits to:
Assist in accelerated recovery from illness
Reduce stress
Provide an overall feeling of wellness
Boost the immune system
Lower heart rate and blood pressure
Improve mood and sleep
If you’re engaging in an in-person or a remote session, I will guide you through a specific series of unique invitations which will allow you to immerse yourself fully and mindfully into your surroundings.

Nature therapy sessions can be conducted from your back porch, a city park, or a more remote natural setting.
No matter where the location, be prepared to leave feeling more connected to yourself and your environment, and engaged in a intimate exploration of nature that you may not have known was possible.
